Prices Increased in Petrol & Diesel are against public opinion – This infamous decision will increase SPI and Poverty –Statement issued by

Shaid Ismail, Chairman, F.B. Area Association of trade & Industry.

Karachi (Staff Reporter) – Mr. Shahid Ismail, Chairman, F.B. Area Association of trade & Industry has said that increase in Petroleum Products will not only increase SPI and Poverty of common men but the outcome for Trade & Industry is also play very negative and direct impact causing hurdles in pace of Industrial and Commercial activities. He further said that this is quite infamous decision of present government who will earn and gain Billions in return of this decision which is injustice and exploitation of common men.

Mr. Shahid Ismail has further opined that one way the developed world are providing unexpected and unconditional relief package to Trade & Industry to accelerate the pace of industrial progress and prosperity But In Pakistan’s biggest industrial hub traders and industrialist facing multiple hurdles such as Power Load shedding, Extortion and Harassment of Ransom Demands and International Recession.

Mr. Shahid Ismail said that government must taking us into confidence before such decisions he demanded to government that for Industrial Development and accelerate of pace of progress and prosperity of common men, government have immediately not only withdraw the increase prices on Petroleum Products.

Karachi (Staff reporter) He condemn the increment of one day in weekend vacations and said that the economy is already suffering from crisis due to unannounced power Load shading, world economical crisis and terrorism in country, This decision is a last nail in coffin of Economy of Pakistan.

Mr. Shahid Ismail further said that it will not only; increase the cost of doing business but also the unemployment and poverty. Government should start Thar coal Project immediately to overcome the running Energy crisis.

He further requests the prime minister of Pakistan Mr Syed Yousuf Raza GILANI, Governor of sindh Dr. Ishrat Ul Ebad Khan and provincial Minister of Industries and production M.A Rauf Siddiqui to review on this decision.

Mr. Shahid Ismail, Chairman, Federal ‘B’ Area Association of Trade & Industry has condemned the KESC for recovering their outstanding due on way to collision; causing direct miserable problems directly facing by the common people and industrial and business concerns.


Karachi(staff Reporter) The above statement issued by Mr. Shahid Ismail, Chairman, FBATI while he was exchanging views with the industrial and business community in his office in Association Secretariat. He further said that the water shortage is the order of the day. Reason is that the dispute between KESC & Water Board for outstanding dues on KW&SB resulting disconnection power of Pumping Stations of KW&SB. Despite of assurance given by the KESC that there would be no load shedding henceforth this is continuing which is injustice. Furthermore KESC management said that the industrialists and business community is involve in “Power Theft”. He further stated that the management of KESC is collecting billions of revenue but entitling industrialist and business people as Thief. KESC management hiding their commitments with the common people of Karachi.

Mr. Shahid Ismail, Chairman FBATI has appealed to Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani, PM of Pakistan, Raja Pervez Ashraf, M/o Water & Power, Governor Sindh, Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan, Mr. Rauf Siddiqui, Sindh-Minister of Industries & Production to please take solid steps and notice of the activities of KESC who is creating grim circumstances for common men.

In the Elections of Federal ‘B’ Area Association of Trade & Industry renowned Industrialist & Businessmen Mr. Shahid Ismail, unopposed elected as Chairman and Mr. Jawed Suleman, elected unopposed as Vice Chairman.

Karachi (Staff reporter) Result of Elections announced by Mr. Faizan Ajanee, Member of Fbati Election Commission at the conclusion of 20th Annual Grand Meeting held in Fbati Secretariat, He also announced the name s of newly elected Executive committee Majority of members have attended the meeting, and congratulated to newly Chairman of Fbati Mr. Shahid Ismail and Mr. Jawed Suleman, as Vice Chairman.

Newly elected Chairman, Mr. Shahid Ismail thanked to the house for confidence reposed in him by the Association and stated that Fbati has become well-renowned and active Association of Karachi. He further stated that now his efforts and energy would entirely be utilize for the progress, prosperity and well-being of the Industrialist and Business Community of Fbati-Association, and bridging the gap between government, semi-government organizations and Association.

Mr. Jawed Suleman, Vice Chairman stated that he would try his level best to overcome on the confidence reposed in him by the Members of Association.
